Once we have booked in your stock and created the full Inventory spec on you account… (Weight, dimensions, EAN barcodes etc) Mintsoft will communicate with your chosen Marketplaces. your listings are LIVE! Once we have picked and packed your orders with care, Mintsoft will update the tracking info on your Marketplace, so you can sit back, relax and watch the sales coming in.
Want to ship out a larger consignment? No problem! you can create manual orders for bulk, shipments, samples, and returns.
We can also handle all your returns and will grade these as per your expectations on their return.
Integration
Your Zapfilment portal is your tool to fully manage your inventory: TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WhatNot, Temu, and hundreds more. We can even build an API direct to your website.
We know your Customer Rating is crucial to you. That’s why we promise to handle all your orders with care, and quickly communicate with you. Unlike a large 3PL, we are only at the end of the phone.
This will also enable your stock holdings to be accurate across all channels at the same time, reducing this risk of over selling an item and having to cancel and arrange credits.
We can also set you up either with automatic notifications for various reasons, such as product receipt, order despatch along with report scheduling – the choice is yours. We will personalise the portal to your requirements.
